There is no manufacturer title for WRC2. Why shall any works team pretend to be a privateer to take a trophy which doesn't exist?

But I am not talking about competitors. But running the events and whole circus around (with FIA, promoter, live TV etc) is very expensive. Until now big part of this costs was paid by manufacturers...
