It's not the first time a WRC driver is on his phone behind the wheel while everyone can see it. I think it's fair they give a penalty for it, as they also give penalties for speeding. Top WRC drivers are some kind of role models and shouldn't be on their phone behind the wheel.

Current plan of starts in ERC is Scandinavia and Fafe, only two current ERC gravel events...
