For me there are 3 points here:
1. Are the conditions unequal? - sure, very much
2. Should the drivers be frustrated? - sure, they want to win
3. Should the organizers be blamed? - only for different plowing trough the last part on Rojden and even that is on the edge, everything else is just rally.
The line for me goes when drivers blame organizers.
