On tarmac events it is crucial to use a car with rollcage and racing suspension similar to your competing car's in order to better understand bumps , compressions and uneven terrains.

Tarmac rallies are part of the WRC challenge for drivers. And having the Championship in a major European capital city will bring great publicity to the sport there.
