interview with Malcolm on the radio and basically saying that Ogier is leaving, he is saying they still dont have the tools at the moment that Ogier requires but he hopes to find them soon.

i mean, cmon, it is september already soon and if he still doesnt have the budget and so on then i doubt he will find it.
