India's CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) has named Vijay Mallya along with 10 other people in regard to Kingfisher Airlines’s unpaid loans to IDBI Bank.

Basically this looks like fraud and criminal conspiracy will be laid and from what I can gather from the radio this morning, Force India wants to distance itself.

Ah India, you hilarious hilarious country. The only country in the world where a High Court Judge can issue and arrest warrant for the police who are trying to arrest him and then get 6 months in prison for contempt of court.
