Ypres consists of many junctions followed by long straights and extremely fast sections. I think the PSA R5's don't really have a perfect gearbox for it... The long one is too long, the short one lacks top speed which you need on some parts of the stages. Also in the exit of the junctions and slow corners I believe the Fabia and Fiesta have some advantage. Last year Freddy was nowhere with the Fabia R5 (especially in terms of set-up, the car wasn't really as he liked yet, last year), and still he won. This year he knows the car better and has a (nearly) perfect set-up, and the stages remain more or less the same.

My understanding is that the car number 1 is always the car number one on the events, no matter the chassis. The chassis used in Sweden by Tanak is not the same used in Chile, tthe plate number is...
