How do you regard Nelson Piquet Jr. now?
Nelson Piquet Jr. won the first Formula E championship. Does that exonerate him from the 2008 Singapore GP cheating scandal?

Am I missing something here ? I read "manufacturers have to commit to 14 rounds to get the kit homologation". It does not mean you have to run a 2 drivers team for 14 rounds. You could as well field...
