But now on www.raceconsulting.com all cars in 4WD (trimmat - customed) had same time like fastest on stage. Peculiar...

I suppose the idea is to make it like F1 where a private team can buy the powertrain from a manufacturer but designs the chassis/aero themselves. It will be somewhat more limited in WRC though where...
