Koci has plenty of experience with group N (Evo 9) and Skoda Fabia S2000 in national events. I think mostly Czech Republic and Slovakia if I'm not mistaken. Last year he showed some speed with DS3 R3 as well, in Finland he was also doing very well imo. Another guy to keep an eye on.
