    Here You can see:
    Top left: Still caught in understeer, driving around the corner.
    Top right: Pointed in the direction of wanted travel, ready to start straight acceleration.
    Bottom left: Caught in massive understeer/overshoot
    Bottom right: Pointed in the right direction, but farther down the road (already behind), and with a lot of sideways forces acting on the car forcing it towards us.
