    Well... balls

Itally's approach was too defensive in the 2nd half and even more after Marchisio was sent off.

Both teams did not meet the expectations.

I was baffled by what Uruguay were trying (or not trying) to do...They needed a win but were playing as if a draw was fine (till that idiot got sent off and Godin scored the goal - that guy is getting into a habit of scoring crucial goals )

Sorry pino, not the Italy I remember or would like to see in a world cup. Perhaps next time they will do better. 2 group stage exits in a row !!

perhaps that would have been a good idea cosidering how Italy v Uruguay went

I was flicking between the two games and missed the goal and the bite

I hope Suarez gets punished for the bite. Totally unacceptable behavior.

The fact that he got banned for 10 games last year and still does it is more worrying (So does Pepe but atleast he doesn't bite). Perhaps a season long ban would do the trick.

    FIFA World Cup 2014 !

Congrats to Uruguay, they deserved to qualify. Italy didn't show any skills, except for an excellent Buffon, and a great young talent (Verrati ). Suarez is an idiot, the referee even more for sending Marchisio off, and ignoring what Suarez did. Italy as England must now get a new coach, and build a new squad focused on Verratti and the many young talents, Italy still have. But most important thing, we must change our negative attitude on pitch !!!

I watched both. I watched England most, because I am English.
I still exist and still find the forum occasionally. Busy busy

    FIFA World Cup 2014 !

So it's be confirmed that both our coach and our Federation president have resigned. Let's see if their English colleagues will show balls and do the same
