Surely if Bianchi ignored Penalty then that may be disqualification.

No. 5-second penalties are added to a driver's final time if he doesn't take them during the race.

But it said on screen a 5 second stop/go penalty. If its a stop and go it needs surviving in 3 laps. Only going by what was written on the screen.
