Friends, offtopic, who knows how can subscription be turned on? Has anybody managed to subscribe and get notification?

when i try to visit the subscription. it tells me i dont have permission to do so.

Heh, I am not even subscribed to this thread and yet forum software claims I am. When I try to remove subscription, I find out I am:
