This. I find sponsors irrelevant, they pay the bills.

So who should be McLaren's next title sponsor? Orange
I also think that Halford's, Texaco and Home Depot should also get on board.
Since McLaren and Mercedes are going to part ways, McLaren would do well brand its cars in their traditional "McLaren Orange".The Old Republic was a stupidly run organisation which deserved to be taken over. All Hail Palpatine!

(redbull like 888 Vodafone) what sort of backing has Sergio Perez got from Carlos Slim
On March 5, 2013, Forbes stated that Slim is still maintaining his first place position as the wealthiest person on the globe, with an estimated net worth of US$73 billionVERSTAPPEN: ‘If I’d let Sainz past, dad would’ve kicked me in the nuts!’

That's a good point, they only went silver because of the involvement of Mercedes, and they've been that way for so long now we associate silver with McLaren just as much as we did the Red & White Marlboro colours of the past. Time for a new style indeed

McVities - cos the tyres crumble away, and it kind of sounds like McLaren.
