That is interesting topic also for other national drivers. Seems like there is a thing today only for Estonian young drivers (after Tanak became wdc), Finish (there was always one of them to became the top contender), Irish (after Breen passing), Japan (of course Toyota big influence here)... oh I forgot Sweden (now again with Solberg, there is a few who will follow). But other nations? Belgian, French, Spain, Italian, GB... It seems like there is not much talking about of them or do they don't have anyone worth looking to.

Look back at results of the last 3 editions here and only in 2023 did he set many fastest times.

Since then we've been fed a narrative that he's fast on his home rally. But he's only won a few SS Stages in recent years and had many accidents.

You mean other than Gachon (Spanish)? Dapra (Italian)? Rossel (French)?

Nice fast roads today. Good to watch the speed and commitment. Still weird atmosphere with no fans anywhere.

Mega start by Solberg. Great to see someone full attack.

The onboard will be fire (also because the live broadcast is cutting every few seconds...)

Solberg crashed with rear end and big points byebye.

Ogier said that not a surprise
