On EWRC winner is Dominik Stritetsky, and on Rally-Base is Jan Skala! Who's correct

Edit: EWRC corrected their times(SS2 was cancelled in fact), winner is Jan Skala in front of Vaclav Pech and Dominik Stritetsky(last stage won't count for the classification)

Czech results are always more correct on Rally-Base.

But here in Prague it happened because SS 2 times were cancelled due to the issues with artificial chicanes (which were not built correctly in one place and lot of crews had issues there - also from top drivers lot of them didnt go through correctly) - and as this was fault of organiser, stewards decided to cancel the stage (I think it was in time when SS 4 was running).
