edit: rear-left puncture due the driving mistake and a bit off road

Why is he going so slowly? Ogier had a rear puncture in Paraguay and lost only 30-40 seconds..

Early in the stage to keep going, but rear punctures aren't as bad as front.

Because the cars needs to be in accordance with regulations and laws for road use, since they also drive on public roads. Especially Europe have so strict rules that crews often gets some ban or high...
