And comparing here to earlier Rounds isnt fair when then the drivers had full ambition and budget for the season.

Not many European drivers in other classes.

Mabellini is exceptionally lucky not to have been excluded in my opinion.

Breaking the rules with team members on recce is one thing, trying to cover it up and bullshit the stewards is another.

If he wasn't in the championship fight, I think he probably would have been excluded.

edit: I'm glad that the stewards published such an in-depth report, it will hopefully stop any rumours of favouritism etc. Transparency in such cases is good for the sport.

There are not enough words to describe how stupid this behaviour was, and generally, since the beginning of the trip to Wales, the tuner serving Mabellini and Lenzi has been acting like amateurs. Not for the first time this season...
