    “The race is a bit later than last year, so the stages will be even more challenging with the heat, so I’m expecting a survival race,” says Mixi Csomós. “The winner will not necessarily be the fastest driver, but the one who makes the fewest mistakes. And that’s very important, because there are 10 or 15 drivers who have a chance of winning.”

    Weather forecast currently says mostly dry weather, with 14-17°C, so last year's heat will not be a factor. Also, there was plenty of rain so far, and will be some still until the weekend, which can be even more tricky on these stages than the heat.

    Yes, according to the article at https://www.fiaerc.com/en/news/berta...e-erc3-counter it's a record 13 crews in ERC3 and many of them are very young.
