A bit weird decision as Kalle and Mikkelsen probably would have gone faster than Neuville.. but once again, lucky him.

Notional times do not factor in any speculations, those only aim to maintain status quo of any given situation which isn't easy as those who did not run the stage now have less worn tyres.
