I thought Yuki was going to get off, but that was only once of the incidents! And Stroll was almost a sure thing, not as bad as Carlos but plenty shady without doubt.

As for Hulk, the delay made me think he might have been ok. Sucks, but rules are rules, and in that case you can't just let it slide.

Probably a good chance of the combined WDC's being 11 either way. I can't see anyone else making it through the grid to challenge, unless someone really screws it up bad or George has a really good day.
