If they lose less than 0,1s/km if they don't have hybrid, they are better not to install it at all. The reduction in weight would make them a lot faster than the hybrid system.
He is exactly where one would expect him to due to road cleaning, between neuville and rovanpera. Just like he was this morning.
So if his hybrid is not working, that can only mean that it is not doing little to nothing since he is not noticeable slower.

Silly mistake from Loeb. That could be costly come the end of the weekend - losing 6.6s on a stage he probably would've won due to the massive road cleaning in here

I know it's hard but if you try to see WRC27 as a very specific form of WRCar for the year 2027 and onwards, it might be simpler to understand.
