Ogier escapes penalty for first hybrid rules breach
The Monte Carlo Rally leader left the start ramp without using electric power, which is a new rule for 2022

Not really a surprise
Question could be more about Sweden: probably no Loeb there but maybe a (or 2) customer was interested (Bertelli? Mikkelsen?); don’t know if it’s enough time to repair (would say yes in general with little doubt but in this specific period as now, with the work continuing on the regulation + spare parts’ issues, it may affect the work)Last edited by Danny0405; 21st January 2022 at 13:26.

Apparently there was 15 seconds between it being single yellow (from the marshal) and double yellow from race control. But Russell went through in that 15 seconds.
