I hope Loeb gets to the finish, but no matter what, he's just the greatest in my book. 2nd at Dakar, flies to Monte, swaps overalls, gets in the Puma and now he's leading Monte... at what age??

Hyundai doesn't seem very slow, but Neuville's comments on how "scary" it is to drive is worrying.

Looking at the pace of loeb and especially greensmith, i think the ford is a level above the others speedwise. Although it is weird to see breen so far back then.

My personal perception is that the Ford is perhaps the most resolved package at the minute, but the Toyota maybe a little quicker when it’s in the window (or it could be Ogier/Evans making the difference) weird to see Rovanpera and Katsuta so far off tho.
The Hyundai is just underdeveloped, but I’m sure it’ll get there quite quickly and with Neuville and Tanak they will always have a chance.
