    I know, but the actual PET directly before an event was in the wrong conditions. That's not ideal for the driver.

    Recce cars have finnish plates. So far what I`ve seen race car(s) have estonian plates. Little confusing, as all Toyota`s actions in Estonia has moved to Finland. And (AnttiL can correct me) by finnish laws car must be in finnish register if it has been in country for last 6 months at least.
