Yes. Agree fully on that. But is this what we want? Not me.

Me neither. I wasn't happy when I heard that Safari was to be re-instated.

As entertaining as this is, it’s a bit of a farce.
In some respects this is worse than the old safari, at least then the cars were specifically built for the job.

But this rally is in speed format, itinerary like an ordinary event. They seem to need endurance type strength anyway.

I want this. For me rally should be more also about endurance, not only flat out. I like when there is variety between events. Safari or for example Acropolis were always more about endurance, relialibity, surviving than speed. I am not saying that all events should be same, but world champion should be driver who is best in different conditions.
