maybe didn't get a permission to start today.. after seen his lack of speed yesterday.. which would be logical, in terms of safety

Did Solberg actually started the stage? Maps shows him a bit away from start but not moving.

edit: seems to move now.

Yeah, he was 50 seconds down on a 3-minute superspecial. On a stage like Kedong, he'd be overtaken by people behind him for sure.

Organisers have confirmed the stage will start four minutes later than scheduled, at 1022hrs (local time).
