That changes nothing on what Pluto wrote. You can go like crazy through the flying finish and subsequently go off behind the finish on a normal stage as well and it's perfectly legal. Placing a chicane behind the finish is just stupid and ridiculous.

Of course it does if it's clearly stated in the road book that you have to navigate through the chicane. Cutting it is an unfair advantage against those sticking to the rule book.
I get your point, we have seen in the past cars going off into fields after the flying finish, but in those cases there probably is nothing in the road book to say you can't do that.

When the rally was run in November it was after the clocks moved forward an hour so always used to be darker.
Other than that, don't forget that to cameras always make it appear lighter than it actually is.

Now suddenly on Mikkelsen's onboard it looks properly dark...it happens so fast. In the morning Tänak might have suffered from the dark on SS2, but now he benefits.
