If they start giving 20s penalties we might get more time difference from how drivers drive AFTER the finish line on a 1km stage than how they drive trough whole day on stages....

would be fair, as Tänak, Meeke and Mads got penalized for going from wrong side of a post in Argentina

yep it doesnt make a big difference timewise, i dont know the exact rules if they must take thw right line
but in case of the ones who take it right, they have to brake a little while the ones who go straight dont have to.

I would just call it "stupid solution". It's not clear for drivers and now to start deciding rally (and maybe championship) results based on that is just stupid.
Too much mess there.

Young drivers arent expecting to win WRC2 events but they gain the experience of the rallies while learning. Back to Max McRae. He's mainly doing BRC so can use that for gaining speed and...
