    For sure he ain't paying. Just a guess: the car Mikkelsen's driving is the same Hyundai used for Finland PET. Thus the non-livery. And Breen's probably driving the car he'll use in Finland.

    If Mikkelsen's car is coming straight from the PET? By default the factory-entered i30 WRC would be in full livery ofcourse.

    It doesn't "need" to be white. But it's the same car as used by all 3 drives in the test last weekend with multiple new front aero parts (which Breen's car doesn't have).

    Could be as simple as them not having the plastic wraps (design) for them ready yet. He is certainly not paying anything.
