Then why they have just some random team's car instead Citroen works car? I don't believe that the belgians have that much money to enter so many events at the world level. And I don't believe either that Citroen pay for running programme for him. As they never did and never will.

You can speculate about what part of the budget is paid by whom but that's something we will anyway never know. The fact that he has big PMI banners on his car itself mean that PMI brings money in.

However paying and paying could mean a lot of things. Some pay for whole package, some getting paid even if they bring own sponsors. I don´t say you are wrong, but it also same same but different. That´s what one should be aware of.

It's not always so black and white. There could be a situation where the factory pays, for example 50%, and the driver has to supply the rest of the budget.
