Can someone tell from where I can read driver comments?

I normally use rally base but it´s empty this time.

e-wrc, scroll down past stage and overall classifications, usually driver comments under that

Looked like half-hearted slap if you ask me. That's why I am so amazed that the tube did bend (as pics prove).

Don't forget, it's not just the impact speed of the car travelling at the tree, but the car was being flipped over at the same time so the force of rotation has to be taken into account as well.
If it was a straight side on, the roll cage may have escaped damage, but the site of impact was top of rear side window directly above the roll cage.

the team is allowed to repair the roll cage during rally? that's interesting, but if so, then let's hope they can do it and rejoin tomorrow

Unfortunately, having inspected the damage we got on SS14, we had to retire from the @RallySweden. The rollcage was damaged, so we were not allowed to drive any further. What a pity. After having had a series of good times, it feels disappointing. #WRC #RallySweden

Sorry, but they are very lucky to get away with only five minutes penalty. The stewards were very kind this time.

I agree with that penalty yes, no need to cause a precedent, but real life can`t follow the rules all the time....

They can fix it as they manufactured the roll-cage...

That tree is particularly close to the road, I'm surprised it's not been removed. There have been many close-calls on that right-hander after Colin's Crest over the years.
