I can hear voices in my head, Tommi talking to Ogier:
Tommi: Do you want to drive Toyota now?
Ogier: Sure, I would love to.
Tommi: Too bad. No car for you, come back in 10 years, maybe .....

Obviously congrats to Tanak today. Expected a bit more from Ogier in the afternoon.
Others pretty much as expected in terms of pace given their road positions.. Too bad for Lappi and Mikkelsen tires off rim.
Some different conditions today would be nice imo, as long as they are similar to the whole field.Last edited by mknight; 27th April 2018 at 22:11.

Tänak is really good! He said that was forced to change his driving style to suit the Yaris WRC, because it´s totally different than the Fiesta and it seems that it succeeded perfectly...

Interesting day. Great drive by Tanak, shame for him for that spin, curious to see his pace tomorrow.
Meeke doing well, Neuville was lost in the first loop but then improved in the second.
Ogier is doing what he's supposed to do, get points when he can't win and take advantage of eventual retirements and problems.
For the championship to get close though, Neuville and Tanak would need a 0 in Ogier's point table.

Mark hasn't been really maintaining it for a long time now. We're lucky he still keeps it up.
