Shakedown has been delayed because of FIA instructions. The safety car is doing a second lap now.

Yes they don’t use but often they go by that, especially first pass. Anyway, We will see, i saw Ogier and Tänak as fist two on the line

And some Citroen third...well, it could be Meeke, but isn't Latvala still officially third in championship although they both have same amount of points?
