I think Eurosports-Events will do everything to get back ten rallies, but I can be wrong

None of this. Liepāja has signed agreement with Eurosport Events until 2019 and exactly as gravel rally.

No doubt Rally Estonia deserves it!
But still... what was the reason why Rally Estonia organizers decided to pull out from ERC a year ago?
