I watched it low-res on my phone but it wasn't speed up for sure. The superfast road in the open area is another Barum stage - Biskupice (not used in last two years or so).

Presumably he is testing there the same spec car he will use this weekend and not some of the joker bits.

Definitely seems louder to me too, but maybe it's the atmospheric conditions.

So, finaly first names. From press release od P208 CZ Cup, number of registered drivers is 6, but only 4 of them will start at Valasska Rally. Here is all six names: Václav Dunovský, Filip Mareš, Matěj Kamenec, Jan Lunga, Simon Wagner and René Dohnal

He had a bad crash last weekend in test event Žiželice. I don't know if they are able to start in Valašská rally. Hopefully yes.
