Best looking serious rally car, I think. IMHO the RGT cars are miles ahead for looks (but miles behind for rallying, still it's nice to mix in 3 or 4).

The damage was done by the small beton barrier on the ground (small bridge).
The rod was there to mark it.

I think inherently, they are trying to reduce bulk by that limit. If the same battery dimensions can hold twice as much at the same weight, the FIA may allow an increase in the power limit....
