    That was expected from Colin. Although I admit that Evans time is very good considering he is using Dmacks which are known not to be the best tyre on Tarmac but maybe they work good on muddy asphalt.

    If he would be top5 in the world then he would have been not dumped by WRC teams .

    I'm not sure Panizzi at his peak would get a full season now, there isn't enough tar in WRC to justify someone who cannot deliver consistently on gravel.
    I'm amazed at the gap Evans has though, very impressive, also disappointed at Cronins pace.

    Was Evans first on the road on the QS ? It looks fairly clean from his onboard video.

    That might explain some of his speed advantage..
