Great time Kubica! On the second loop (with minumum differences on road-surface), with everybody maximum attack to be faster than anybody except Ogier is really good on maybe the fastest rally of the season. That shows really something that you can drive with the best outthere. I know some people here on the forum are blind about his performances and will always be negative but for me he's definitly his place worth in the WRC.
And so far another good performances by Paddon (compare to Neuville and Sordo) and offcorse Tanak, he's for sure the faster driver than Evans who looks to me is standing a bit still in his progression.

You're right but private fiesta isn't top wrc i think..

sometimes tyres (type/brand)can make much more difference than works/semiwork car.
We dont know if Pirellis are better at this rally,but we have to keep it in mind.

Sounds like a lot of tyres are destroyed already... could be the high temperatures adding to the problem...

Evans lost a chunk of time. What happened? "We went off. No grip whatsoever and I couldn't stop. Not good."

Meeke- 'Wrong choice. I'm haemorrhaging time all the way through, it's hard.'

Neuville - 'I drove very, very smooth cause of the tyres. I felt like I had no tyre left & tried to manage.'

Tanak closest to Ogier at 1st split ... but losing more now...
