    I hope you haven't bought a Panasonic. I did and have spent three weeks trying to get the idiots to send me a manual as my printer is knackered and I can't print off the disc they send. "It's impossible" "It's against our eco policy" etc.

    Hint: A letter to the Company President in Osaka did the trick.
