Starting first on wet tarmac may be a fact normally but these circumstances dictate the choice for Ingram. Plus he has recce'd the roads and driven the conditions and knows what he has to do.
I trust his decision.#M-SPORTER

Press conf:
Question to Chris Ingram from István Simon (Vezess.hu, Hungary):
Chris, according to the weather forecast this weekend, there should be a lot of fog and a lot of rain, which is quite similar to the conditions you have in the UK. Is it an advantage for you ?
Chris Ingram, Toksport WRT
Yeah, it’s perfect. I think I drive faster in the fog and the darkness because I don’t get distracted by things at the side of the road. It’ll be difficult but we like these conditions so I’m quite happy with that.
Q. I mean, you must have a lot of experience in these conditions?
Chris Ingram, Toksport WRT
Yeah definitely, like some of the stages look like Rally GB in the Welsh forests. It’s so dirty, I’ve never seen a Tarmac rally [like this]. These guys, I know Alexey doesn’t have that much experience in such horrific, s****y weather.#M-SPORTER

My advice is to consider editing your post. You are pretty identifiable in a very public forum and if your current employer has internet police they may find this interesting. Of course, ignore me if...
