Last year it didn't look like road position had so much to say, later drivers had some pretty rough stages. So it's not so easy call as Sardinia. A lot will depend on choosing the "right" speed on friday stages, can't see any clear winning candidates tbh any of those 4 + top 3 could end up on top. Tanak maybe the most likely to play it a bit safe.

I wish some interviewer could ask something more specific. For example Toyota had to redesign their rear wing for this event. Someone should ask the drivers about their feedback for this design.
Right now we have all the time same questions over and over again. I am not standing up for Tänak right now, but this is just starting to be boring for a me as a rally fan.

I find it very interesting how little (close to nothing) there has been about this on official channels, wrc+ and also on autosport. Basically nothing. (Compare the attention that for example Hyundai's small aero change for Finland got).
It totally looks like FIA/Promoter tries to cover the big problem that rules were not the same for everyone for 2,5 years.

That Emyr guy is a nice dude and knows a bit about rallying, but his stage end interviews are often pretty awkard. I feel like Colin and Julian are naturals and get more out of the drivers.

Nothing imo...he was told that he doesn`t have to win this event, having a comfy lead and he said: "(Why don`t i have to win it?) We will see tomorrow. If you have four events to go, you never know. We have to take what we can from every event."

It takes mental strength to remain positive and grateful after you become a top driver who's earning millions. Most people don't have that. The ones who do will have the biggest number of fans. That doesn't mean you have to shut down your personality, it can be shown in a nice way. Take Grönholm for example. I think it was clear a long time ago that Tänak is not one of them.

Hi, anyone have experience with this route https://mapy.cz/s/bedudugeme from Oschiri to Monte Lerno stage - hairpin on 17km from start? If it´s doable by normal car? Thanks.
