Budar says "there is a barrier and you go left"... but there wasn't the barrier on first pass, just on second.
Anyway the onboards are not on yet so I have no idea who went there, but if penalties are handed out I hope they are on 5 max 10s level. Even 10s is a bit too much considering they probably gained like 1-2s maximum.

Estonian news site: Toyota guys went to bring the car back, still no mobile or radio service there and they dont know exact the reason.

Thinking back to Rally Australia 2014 when Kris Meeke was penalised 61 seconds for all 4 wheels having left the designated route.
Will be interesting to see how SS11 is viewed by Stewards today

Maximum time gained from.going right on that barrier must be 1.2 seconds lol. Can't it be considered as cutting a corner? Especially if it's the Organizers fault the barrier was removed after recce then put back up... Citroen and Ogier getting desperate too early in the season... Panic mode in full affect
