I wasn't talking about the crash itself but shell of that ca. (my bad for wrong expression). When Latvala crashed at the Argetina 2016 with Polo he was rolled pretty much worse and practically destroy everything except the shell. Now you could imagine why Citroen don't work on safety over their egos about costs. I hope that Lappi & Ferm are all okay. And I really hope that if someone will hit the similar trouble that they will not hurt themselfs.

Lappi crash... he was just too fast.. maybe tightened slightly.... https://twitter.com/pepomatiauda/sta...31108852088832
If you watch the heli for Ogier on Amboy... the car is very very unsettled. Any less a driver that Ogier, would not have got the times from it.
Ogier even mentioned that in regroup. All is not well at Citroen... but still he is only 11s off the lead.
Lappi... well... the clock is starting to tick already.. At least Meeke was leading rallies.

It depends on the angle, again. A smooth roll on a large area doesn`t have a bad effect as something, a corner for example getting a direct and hard hit. I`m pretty sure Citroen knows how to build a NCAP 5* chassis and Citroen Sport knows how to improve it with a rollcage. One of the easiest jobs when building a competitive car...

maybe... maybe not. citroen built a pig in the C3... and 3 years later its still not right.... despite being totally re-engineered... think the roll cage was the last thing on their 'to do' list.

Ogier seemed in a jovial mood at media zone after last stage of the day, laughing while telling becs his wife had called him and said I'm no engineer but the car looks like it's moving around too much.
Guess he's happy to be in the mix when it's clear to see the Citroen is still a bit of a pig.

Because it`s the first thing in the list, usually done to the max, even for testing and also the easiest thing to build, especially for a division with such experience.
