Breen 6th and only 10 secs behind VWs.
Is this his first outing in a WRC on tarmac?
Anyway the guy this year is impressive.

I've been a fan following Breen for many years (ERC forum knows this) and even I've been surprised at his improvement since being in the WRC.
I knew he had talent and could be quick at times and on certain rallies, but his new found speed and consistency have been pretty amazing.
He has such a love of the sport and determination to succeed it is great to see him getting this reward. Hopefully he will get an even bigger reward soon with a 2017 seat -
he deserves it.#M-SPORTER

Given that Paul Nagle was Craig's co-driver in the successful SWRC season it is clear that the vibe in the Citroen camp is hugely positive - very apparent seeing them arrive back in service at the end of Rally Finland.
I am not in the least surprised that Craig has shown such ability - Every stage along the way of his career he has been able to see off the opposition. The 208 project was not indicative of his true ability as the difference between his performance and Abbring's in Finland showed.Kris Meeke got fired -PSG so terrified they quit!

It's not over until it's over. Other punctures or issues may come. Yesterday night it also looked very different than now just four stages later.
