i heard, 1 turkish driver will drive at jerc 2014, but i dont know the entry.

Drivers in JWRC must be 25 or under on 1st January 2014 and Murat was born on 3.12.1988, so he is 25 right now and it means he isn´t too old.

On the 1st of January, he was 25 and 29 days, so older than 25!

Yes? I thought drivers born on 1.1.1988 are out but drivers born 2.1.1988 and later are young enough for this rule. I could be wrong but...

We are talking about JERC, not JWRC. To be eligible for start in JRC you must born 1.1.1989 or later.
