What interested me was it was the first time I had seen them claim a torque figure. If it's wrong by the same factor as the power figure then 300NM looks realistic.

M-Sport boss Malcolm Wilson is considering bolstering his company’s presence in the FIA European Rally Championship by fielding one of his WRC stars in a Ford Fiesta R5 on selected events.
Kajetan Kajetanowicz is flying the flag for M-Sport’s Fiesta R5 project in the ERC and has shown great pace on his three appearances so far this season, landing a podium on the most recent round in Greece. However, Wilson wants to ensure that the Fiesta R5 continues to run at the head of the field in the face of opposition from Peugeot’s 208T16, so is looking into the possibility of getting another star name into one of his cars alongside Kajetanowicz, the four-time Polish champion.
“I’ve no plans to at the moment but there’s nothing to say that we won’t put Ott Tänak out,” said Wilson. “I need to make sure our cars are winning wherever possible so we will probably do something.”
With Kajetanowicz not including the Discover Northern Ireland Circuit of Ireland Rally on his schedule for 2014 with the LOTOS Rally Team, Robert Barrable will be the lone Fiesta R5 representative when the ERC resumes in Belfast from 17-19 April.Last edited by Fast Eddie WRC; 11th April 2014 at 21:48.

There's loads of Fiests R5's been sold and been running for months so they should be in the ERC in numbers already...
Its a shame that M-Sport themselves need to enter drivers to get the car competing and winning.
Maybe the official coverage didnt make the most of the island and the rally and once again it was other creators who came up with some great footage. Tarmac is a contentious surface for some...
