What range does it cover? Does it cover every Rally GB/RAC rally event that occured in Wales? Looking for something similar to Graham Robson's excellent Monte Carlo book.

None of those. As far as I know it is a history of the Welsh International Rally as organised by South Wales AC that used to be one of the classic "Home Internationals" in the 70's & 80's. It isn't about WRGB, the RAC or even Rally of Wales organised by Caernarfon & Anglesea MC that was part of BRC in the 90's.

But those events with Wales in the title do get a page or two to explain the differences in the events.
