    It will be held in Czech rallysprint championship 2014. One cup for Fiesta R1 and one for DS3 R1 I think.

    Interesting. the car is much closer to the Adam Cup philosophy than the previous R1 cars since it has sequential gearbox and LSD. It's not cheap but it shall be also much quicker than the DS3 R1.

    It also seems pretty similar to the Fiesta R2J, still in use on the French Junior championship. Btw, sequential gearboxes were previously allowed in R1 or has the rule changed?

    Checked elsewhere and apparently R1 rules got a huge change for 2019: only one class (no more A/B); more freedom on engine tuning and the use of not original (free in same cases) major components on the transmission, suspension and brakes. They’re now a sort of light R2.
